Jim McGrath
Jim Mcgrath started his career as a schematic draftsman at ITT. Working with a large group of PCB designers, Jim knew that was what he wanted to do. At that time, PCB design was all done manually with pencils, mylar, tape and large cameras. As technology progressed, computers became the tool of choice. From the early systems such as Sci-Cards and Calay to modern systems like Pads, Protel and now Altium Designer Jim has been involved. The modern tools allow for the layout of very complex designs with a strong direction towards DFM. Attention to detail is the order of the day at CAD Connections.
